The overall rare-earth market remained flat at high levels at the end of September ~ beginning of October 2023. The Chinese rare-earth market has remained firm, and there has been no particular bad news in the global rare-earth market. Many ore types have been in a flat range since September, and early October was a period of little movement due to a major holiday in the Chinese market.
