The rare earth market showed a slight rebound from late July to early August 2024. Many types of minerals had been declining in price due to concerns over weak domestic demand in China, but by late July, there was a sense that prices had bottomed out. However, with overall metal trading in an off-season and economic concerns not only in China but also in the United States, the momentum of the rebound remains weak.
