NIO Secures Additional 3.3 Billion Yuan Investment from Anhui Local State Capital

On September 29, 2024, NIO announced that it has secured additional funding from local state-owned capital. The company, along with three existing shareholders of NIO Holding Co., Ltd.—Hefei Jianheng New Energy Vehicle Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Anhui Hi-Tech Industry Investment Co., Ltd., and Guotou Investment Management Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as the “strategic investors”)—signed a strategic investment agreement.
