About Synthetic graphite Negative electrode material(Middle Grade) Data
It is based on domestic Chinese market prices.
Artificial Graphite
Raw Materials: Petroleum coke, coal-tar pitch
Manufacturing Process: Graphitization of raw materials through firing at ultra-high temperatures of 2,500–3,000°C. Advantages: Stable crystal structure, long service life, excellent rapid-charging performance, and resistance to expansion.
Disadvantages: High cost due to the immense amount of electricity required for the graphitization process.
GradesGrades are primarily classified based on specifications such as energy density (discharge capacity), cycle life, and rapid-charging performance.
Mid-Grade (Mid-End)
This grade offers the optimal balance between performance and cost, serving as the volume zone in the current market.
- Target Discharge Capacity: Approximately 330–350 mAh/g
- Main Applications: General mass-market EVs, power tools, and high-capacity consumer electronics.
- Technical Features: Features standard spheroidization treatment and surface coating. While it does not undergo the complex granulation process of high-end products, it possesses sufficient cycle life and safety to meet automotive standards.
