Artificial Graphite
Raw Materials: Petroleum coke, coal-tar pitch Manufacturing 
Process: Graphitization of raw materials through firing at ultra-high temperatures of 2,500–3,000°C. 
Advantages: Stable crystal structure, long service life, excellent rapid-charging performance, and resistance to expansion. 
Disadvantages: High cost due to the immense amount of electricity required for the graphitization process.

Grades
Grades are primarily classified based on specifications such as energy density (discharge capacity), cycle life, and rapid-charging performance.

High-Grade 
This is the top-tier grade that balances high capacity, approaching the theoretical limit of graphite, with the stability to withstand rigorous usage.

  • Target Discharge Capacity: 
    350–360 mAh/g or higher
  • Main Applications:
     Premium EVs (long-range models), rapid-charging compatible EVs, and high-end smartphones.
  • Technical Features:
    Secondary Granulation Technology: By aggregating multiple fine particles and creating gaps within them, lithium-ion transport is smoothed, dramatically enhancing rapid-charging performance.

    Advanced Surface Coating: Uniform coating with specialized pitch or carbon layers minimizes side reactions with the electrolyte, significantly extending service life.
