【講演内容の概要】
伊ダニエリ社は、製鉄/非鉄工場向け機械設備/技術/消耗品等の世界TOPサプライヤーで、 高炉/電炉、製鋼、上工程～圧延/仕上げ、クレーン/水処理等utility迄幅広く対応。近年本邦でも電気炉製鋼、先進的電源設備(Q-ONE)、棒鋼/線材/型鋼圧延の分野で業容を拡大中。今回は、Danieli Centro Recyclingが手掛けるShredder、Pre-Shredder、Grinding Mill、Shear、Press等、 "converting waste into value"(廃棄物を価値に変える)をスローガンにダニエリが欧米、アジアの リサイクル企業向けに展開中の設備/技術の特長、実績をご紹介するもの。

慶大(法)卒。1985年丸紅㈱入社、重工プラント部(製鉄プラントの海外輸出営業)に配属、以来中近東、米州、アジア、中国、インド等向け多くの製鉄プロジェクトに携わる。 2020年より現職。

Introduction to Danieli Recycling Machines
Abstract:
Danieli, an Italian company, is a world-leading supplier of machinery, technology, and consumables for the ferrous and non-ferrous industries. The company offers comprehensive solutions covering the entire steelmaking process, from blast furnaces and electric arc furnaces (EAF) to upstream processes, rolling/finishing, and utilities such as cranes and water treatment.
In recent years, Danieli has been expanding its business presence in Japan, particularly in electric steelmaking (EAF), advanced power systems (Q-ONE), and rolling mills for bars, wire rods, and sections.
This introduction focuses on the equipment and technology offered by Danieli Centro Recycling, which operates under the slogan "converting waste into value." We will present the key features and proven track records of their recycling solutions—including Shredders, Pre-Shredders, Grinding Mills, Shears, and Presses—which Danieli supplies to recycling companies across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Profile:
Mr. Izumi graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law. After that, joined Marubeni Corporation in 1985, assigned to the Heavy Plant Department (overseas sales for steel plant export). Since then, he involved in numerous steel projects targeting the Middle East, the Americas, Asia, China, India, and other regions. Assumed the current position in 2020.
