1999年よりレアメタル取引に従事。25年以上にわたり、タングステンを中心としたレアメタルの原料調達、リサイクル事業に携わる。中国、ロシア、東南アジア、欧州などを舞台に、鉱山・製錬・スクラップ回収などサプライヤーと需要家を結ぶ実務に長年関与してきた。近年は、急騰するタングステン相場や原料供給の逼迫、地政学リスクの高まりを背景に、日本およびグローバル市場における安定調達の課題をテーマに活動。
タングステン・モリブデン工業会、日本機械工具工業会、International Tungsten Industry Association（ITIA） などで講演実績を有する。現在は、NIC Resources 代表取締役社長として、鉱山開発、原料調達、リサイクルを含めたレアメタルの安定供給に取り組んでいる。

Motoki Nishino has been engaged in the rare metals business since 1999. With over 25 years of experience, he has specialized in the procurement of raw materials and recycling of rare metals, particularly tungsten.He has been extensively involved in practical operations linking suppliers—such as mines, smelters, and scrap collectors—with end users across China, Russia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.In recent years, amid surging tungsten prices, tightening raw material supply, and rising geopolitical risks, his work has focused on the challenges of securing stable supply chains in both the Japanese and global markets.He has delivered presentations at industry forums including the Japan Tungsten & Molybdenum Industries Association (JTMIA), the Japan Cutting & Wear-resistant Tool Association (JTA) and the International Tungsten Industry Association (ITIA).He currently serves as President of NIC Resources, where he is engaged in ensuring stable rare metal supply through mining development, raw material procurement, and recycling initiatives.
