Domestic SUS 304 scrap is more likely to drop another 5-10 yen/kilo in November.
Japanese largest stainless steel maker, NSSC (Nippon Steel & Sumikin Stainless Steel Corporation) has already reduced their purchase price for SUS 304 Scrap by 20 yen since the end of September, but they are expected to lower it additionally by 5-10 yen. NSSC’s current purchase price seems to be 160-165 yen/kilo, but it will drop to 150-155 yen/kilo in case of cutting price by 10 yen.
