The overall rare-earth market rebounded in mid~late April 2024. Chinese domestic demand has improved somewhat and brightness is returning to the global rare-earth market. The approaching holiday weekend associated with May Day in China is also being recognized. However, the market is not strong enough to factor in the global manufacturing recovery, and there is some faltering on the upside.
