During mid-to-late August 2024, the rare earth market has been rebounding. Prices for many types of minerals had been declining due to concerns over weak domestic demand in China, but they hit bottom in late July. Since then, the market has been recovering across most sectors. As the off-season for metal trading in August draws to a close, there is growing anticipation for the reopening of the autumn season.
