On November 22, a ceremony marking the establishment of JOH Corporation (hereinafter referred to as JOH) and a ribbon-cutting event were held in Tokyo, Japan. This event signified the official commencement of operations for JOH, a joint venture established by Zhejiang Huayou Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huayou Recycling) and Japan's OONO Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as OONO Development).
