Toyota Tsusho Acquires U.S.-based Radius Recycling to Strengthen North American Recycling Business

Toyota Tsusho announced on the 14th that it has agreed to acquire all shares of Radius Recycling, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company based in Portland, Oregon, through its subsidiary Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. (TAI) for approximately 134.4 billion yen. Alongside this agreement, the two companies have also signed a merger contract. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
