The price of Japanese aluminum scrap had been steady based on a firm demand. The price remained at a high level through the last year, but recently it is on a downward trend due to continued decline in aluminum ingot price and in Japan premium, drop in ADC12 price in April-June, and lower demand in aluminum alloy ingots.
