The domestic production in May announced by eight major automobile companies on June 29th were 287,502 units, - 61.8%YoY. This was further drop from -46.7%YoY in April due to the successible plant shut down caused by the slump in automobile demand accompanying the spread of the Covid-19 worldwide.
