The situation in the domestic stainless steel scrap market remained largely unchanged from last month. The Chinese continue to lead the market, which makes it seem as if prices for China are too high, but many say that domestic prices are too low. Japan has not yet completely escaped from deflation, but then again, neither has stainless steel scrap.
