June marked the ninth month since exports resumed. Volume plunged sharply from 1,437 tons in May to 646 tons, but still remained within the lower bound seen during this period. There is still no sign of testing the 2,000ton level. Some rumors suggest monthly volumes could reach 10,000 tons within the year.
