PCB recycler, Takasho Co., goes under umbrella of JX Nippon Mini

JX Nippon Mining & Metals announced on August 3 that the company reached an agreement on acquisition of all of the shares (10,000 shares) of a PCB scrap recycler, Takasho Co., Ltd. with Takasho and its shareholders and the share acquisition was executed on the day, August 3. Thus, Takasho (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Noriko Takaku) became 100% subsidiary of JX Nippon Mining & Metals.
