Difference in recycling market structure in Europe, Asia and Jap

Mr. Komei Harada of Eco Material Forum pointed out sharply the difference in the recycling markets between Europe and Asia, explaining that Japan has exported a significant amount of rare metal scraps in addition to iron and tungsten to overseas due to the changes in material flows.
