Investors of the Vinh Phong Offshore Wind project, represented by DEME Concessions Wind and Zarubezhneft JSC, and their subsidiaries DEME Offshore and Vietsovpetro have signed a joint Memorandum of Understanding following the recent establishment of a consortium for the project development.
