約20年前、マカオで初めて開催されたInternational Secondary Lead Conference (ISLC) は、使用済み鉛蓄電池（ULAB）の回収・輸送から製錬・精製、環境管理、安全衛生、国際規制まで、二次鉛産業全体を包括的に議論する国際会議として発展してきました。現在では、世界各国の専門家や企業、政府関係者が集まり、業界が直面する課題や将来の方向性について議論する重要なプラットフォームとなっています。
