Japan's Basel Law to be amended - lecture by METI at IRRSG meeti

At the 3rd meeting of IRRSG 2017, MIRU also invited a speaker from Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Ms. Asako Aoyagi, assistant manager of the Environmental Protection Guidance Office. She talked about the revision in the Basel Law and its background.
