From the 4th of September 2023, the 20th Asian Battery Conference (ABC) and the 8th International Secondary Lead Conference (ISLC) will be held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We are pleased to announce that MIRU is going to be involved in these events as their media partner again this year.

 

Named “RECYCLE100”, this year’s ISLC will begin on the 4th of September, just prior to the ABC. This event is the only conference dedicated to the world of recycling and recovery of lead-acid, lithium-ion, and other battery chemicals. The participants will hear from leading international speakers on various topics including the latest methods, breakthrough technologies and environmental topics. 

 

The 8th ISLC “RECYCLE100”

            Date:　Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th September 2023

            Place：Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort, Siem Reap, Cambodia

 

 

The ABC will begin on the 5th of September. This event is Asia’s #1 lead-acid battery conference and exhibition. The participants will be able to hear about new and emerging technologies and see future directions, as well as meet suppliers and build business networks.

Last time in 2021, both conferences (the 7th ISLC and the 19th ABC) were held online only due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, they are finally returning to a live conference and therefore, the anticipation is particularly high. Registrations are now open for both events and early-bird offers are available for tickets purchased no later than the 15th of May 2023.

ONE Minute Giveback initiative

 

20ABC is partnering with Sorfin Yoshimura with this year’s fundraising activity. Right through 20ABC we are raising much need dollars to support the amazing work of the Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC)

 

We have a target to raise USD20,000 to help fund a bed in the Oncology Department of the local Children’s Hospital in Siem Reap. This will go along way to help improves the lives of some very sick children in Cambodia
