European industry's concern: Black Mass flowing into Asia

The battery industry-related associations in Europe including the European Association of Metals (Euromeaux) and the European Secondary Battery Association (Recharge), have recently, in collaboration with NGOs like WWF and Transport and Environment, requested the European Commission to adopt measures to prevent the outflow of black mass from the EU.
