Rare Earth Market Update 2023#17 Testing lower, China Index slowly declines

The rare-earth market as a whole was testing lower prices in late November and early December 2023. Although the mood remained subdued as usual as Chinese rare-earth prices continued to fall, some ore grades were noticeably bought on the view that the market had indeed bottomed out.
