Rare Earths Market Update 2024#4: Flat, No Movement during Chinese New Year

The overall rare-earth market was flat in mid~late February 2023. China had a Chinese New Year long holiday on February 10-17, and many countries, especially in Asia, suspended trading and operations for the holiday. It was a quiet period on the international market as well, with no price movement for any of the ore types.
