Freyr Battery, a start-up battery company from Norway, is moving its global headquarters from Luxembourg to Georgia, USA, starting this January 2024. The US government's abundant funding for the battery industry was a significant motivating factor in the move. We spoke with Ryuta Kawaguchi, the company's Chief Strategy Officer, who was in Kasumigaseki on a business trip to Japan.
