Sharp declines in zappin scrap exports to China have given a huge impact on Japanese recycling industry as expected. As it has been pointed out since last year, if effective measures were not taken, Japanese recycling society would collapse and might face again with the worst scenario, i.e., the illegal dumping of waste which had been seen in 90s.
