As the involved sources has acknowledged, in E-WASTE (electronic equipment scrap) boards (the following, it will be said as board scrap) treatment, Japan is purchasing a board scrap from every country in the world, by board treatment skill that’s not inferior to Europe eminent copper smelter, such as Belgian Umicore, Swedish Boliden, Canadian Xstrata (Horne Laboratory, possession of Old Noranda), precious metal extraction technology, and environment counter-measure technology.
