Bullion Export statistical analysis on April 2019 Best on record
<Overview>
Bullion increased 400 tons from the previous month due to a significant hike for Indonesia, raised for three consecutive months, and the export reached a high record since the beginning of 2017.
Due to the increase in exports of bullions, illegal battery scraps and increase of primitive bullions production, there is a possibility that new environmental and pollution problems may occur in the future.
It is suspected that exports from areas without lead smelters might be an illegal production.
<Detailed analysis>
It was 1,755 tons as monthly basis, 134.1% month to month, 239.1% year on year, the total sale from Jan to Apr was 4,986 tons, and 323.1% year to year comparison. It obviously shows the increase.

It was remained for Taiwan compared with that for other countries, and it was 9.4% April 2018, compared with 37% July 2017. The decrease by 7.3% this month can be denied.
It was zero for Indonesia as of July 2017.
The export to Vietnam had been closed for almost a year since July 2017, but it has been skyrocketing since August 2018 (Graph-2).
It was 388 million yen on monthly basis, increased 3 months in a row, reached a high record since the beginning of 2017, and the total sale was 1,096 million yen in the 1st to 4th months, almost 2.5 times year to year (Table-2, Graph-3).
The average FOB remained 221 yen this month, 222 yen in March. The price for each destination was around here.
The trend is linked to the LME lead market trend, but it doesn’t seem that it follows up and down of LME after the new year (graph 4).

We would like to see it as well as the trend.
