ADC12 Remains lower operation while strong RSI

After the distressing 3rd Q ADC12 bidding round, domestic alloy manufacturers’ operation remains low at 30-40% overall. Automobile production is gradually recovering, but it is said that the port inventory of imported aluminum alloys blocks at is so abundant that cannot be stored in the bonded warehouse.
