Rare-earth prices for magnets in China have bottomed out due to the tightening of domestic supply in China, and international prices also appear to have bottomed out. However, the rebound was not backed by a recovery in demand, so the momentum was slow, and there was noticeable sluggishness, especially in the carbide market.
